Travel is complimentary for venues within 25 miles of the city center (measured via Google Maps). Beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $1 per mile per musician applies. Parking expenses, if incurred, are reimbursed separately. For events requiring time off between segments (e.g., ceremony at 1 PM and cocktail hour at 5 PM at a different location), an additional $100 per hour per musician applies, plus mileage.

A rehearsal at the event rehearsal is available for $200, plus mileage (optional and often not necessary). Day-of rehearsal: $75 per musician for 30 minutes. If non-Innocenti musicians wish to perform alongside us, a 30-minute rehearsal is required — $70/musician on event day, or $125/musician on a different day plus mileage.

For events of 2 hours or more, musicians are afforded a 10-minute break for every 50 minutes of performance. For events of 3 hours or more, we kindly ask that light refreshments be provided for the musicians. Setup time is always complimentary.

Catholic ceremonies typically last about one hour without the prelude. We require a minimum contract of 1 hour and 30 minutes to ensure full musical coverage from prelude through recessional.
