New Orleans hosts major conferences across healthcare, engineering, hospitality, and business sectors. Our musicians bring polished, professional live music to receptions, awards dinners, and networking events — enhancing the atmosphere without overpowering conversation.
Travel is complimentary for venues within 25 miles of the city center (measured via Google Maps). Beyond 25 miles, a travel fee of $1 per mile per musician applies. Parking expenses, if incurred, are reimbursed separately. For events requiring time off between segments (e.g., ceremony at 1 PM and cocktail hour at 5 PM at a different location), an additional $100 per hour per musician applies, plus mileage.
A rehearsal at the event rehearsal is available for $200, plus mileage (optional and often not necessary). Day-of rehearsal: $75 per musician for 30 minutes. If non-Innocenti musicians wish to perform alongside us, a 30-minute rehearsal is required — $70/musician on event day, or $125/musician on a different day plus mileage.
For events of 2 hours or more, musicians are afforded a 10-minute break for every 50 minutes of performance. For events of 3 hours or more, we kindly ask that light refreshments be provided for the musicians. Setup time is always complimentary.
Catholic ceremonies typically last about one hour without the prelude. We require a minimum contract of 1 hour and 30 minutes to ensure full musical coverage from prelude through recessional.
Yes. Our Milwaukee musicians perform across the greater Milwaukee area, including Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Waukesha, Mequon, Shorewood, Glendale, Whitefish Bay, Racine, Kenosha, and Madison.

Pascal Innocenti is a French violinist and the founder of Innocenti Strings. Born in Monaco and raised in France, he trained at a leading conservatory in Paris before earning his Master of Music in Violin Performance from the Cincinnati College–Conservatory of Music (CCM). He later moved to Chicago, where he has been based for over 20 years. Pascal performed as a member of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago and has been praised by the Chicago Tribune for his “reverent” and expressive playing. His career spans orchestral work, chamber music, solo appearances, contemporary collaborations, and a broad range of artistic projects across major venues throughout the city. Innocenti Strings began as a small circle of musician friends and has grown under Pascal’s leadership into a nationally recognized network of performers across more than 40 cities. His artistic philosophy emphasizes excellence, authenticity, and the emotional impact of live acoustic performance — values that continue to shape the company today.
